Updating Your Monitoring Address

Monitoring Location

Your monitoring location is where authorities will be dispatched in the event of an emergency. You can find the monitoring address for your account by going to Settings > Monitoring > and then clicking on Location. Unfortunately the monitoring address can not be changed from your applications or the Blue by ADT portal because it may require new permits or changes to your account.
