Update Password

Your password can be changed through your iOS and Android apps, the Web Portal, or through your Security Touchpad. In order to change the password, click on Settings in your interface, go to Account, and then select on Change Password.
  • Enter your current password
  • Enter your new password twice - Note: Your password must contain at least 1 number, 1 letter, 1 special character, be at least 8 characters in length, and not match your username.
  • Select save

Forgot Password

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by going to the login page of any of your apps and clicking "Forgot Password." You will then be prompted to enter your email address and a temporary password will be sent to you. After you login with the temporary password, you will be prompted to change your password to a new one. 

NOTE: This article is in reference to your password used to login to your account on the Blue by ADT apps and web portal.
