In your Blue by ADT applications and portals you'll see a System Status card. You’ll also see an alert icon with a number on your mobile applications and Security Touchpad. This information relates to the status of your system. If one of your doors or windows is open, if a device has a low battery or if it has gone missing, you will see an indication here.To remove an alert, you must clear your sensor or fix the issue with the device.
