New systems
  • Blue by ADT has several different starting systems to best fit your home.  You can also build your own system to fits customize your security needs.  You can always add more sensors or devices at any time!
 
Existing system
  • If you are looking for additional equipment, you can access the Blue by ADT Shop through your web portal by clicking on the Shop link. Here you will find additional sensors, cameras, and accessories like yard signs and window stickers.

New System Order Questions
  • Do LifeShield systems work in condos or apartments?
    • Yes, LifeShield systems are easy to set up and bring with you when you move!  Just check with your new association for any regulations.
  • Which system would fit my home size?
    • Blue by ADT security advisors are glad to answer your questions at 877-464-7437 and help customize the system which fits your needs.
  • Is Blue by ADT offered outside of the USA?
    • At this time, Blue by ADT is only available to residents of United States. 
  • Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
    • No, Blue by ADT offers month by month plans!
  • Can I order a system online?
    • Yes, if you're new to Blue by ADT or want a system your additional properties, you can customize your system online!
  • What do I do if my order did not go through?
    • Verify your address
    • Verify your phone numbers
    • Check your email for order confirmation.

Shipping
  • What shipping provider does Blue by ADT ship through?
    • Blue by ADT will ship your new system order through UPS. Accessory orders may be shipped from USPS or UPS
  • How can I track my package?
    • Blue by ADT will email the email address used during checkout to notify you of the tracking number after your order has processed in the warehouse. 
Billing
  • Can I use a credit card for the Shop?
    • Yes.
  • When will my card be charged?
    • Refer to your agreement terms which was emailed to you upon purchase. Here you will find your billing terms. 
  • How do I add or remove my credit card from my account?
    • Login into your web portal account and under your settings you can update your payment method.
  • Will I be charged Sales Tax?
    • Yes, when it applies, sales tax will be charged and included in your total checkout price. 
  • What credit cards do you accept?
    • We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express

  • How do I return my system order?

Purchase Accessories
  • Do accessory orders for equipment change my monthly fee?
    • Adding additional sensors doesn't increase your monthly cost. Accessories are purchased, not leased. If you purchase a camera you will select a storage plan during checkout which may change your monthly cost if you do not already have a camera with storage.
  • I just purchased a basic system how do I add equipment?
    • Login to your web portal account, and select shop to browser accessories to add.  You can always add flood sensor, temperature sensor, additional window sensors, motion sensors and glass break sensors!
  • Moved homes? Can I add more equipment?
    • Yes.
  • I just have a basic system how to add cameras?
    • Yes, build as you go! If you started out with just door sensor coverage, add window or motion sensors for layers of protection.
  • How do I add Home Automation equipment?
    • LifeShield S30 system is compatible is Z-Wave devices for Lights, Appliances, Locks, Thermostats and Garage Door controllers. You may order Z-Wave devices online or purchase from major retail locations. 
      • Z-Wave sensors are not yet supported.
