Monitoring Passcode
Your Monitoring Passcode is a custom word, numbers or short phrase used to confirm your identity by the monitoring center during alarm event calls. During an alarm event when the monitoring center calls your emergency contacts you must provide the extra monitoring passcode on your account in order to cancel or request emergency services be dispatched. If your primary or secondary contact provides the incorrect Monitoring Passcode to the monitoring center during an alarm event call they will not inform you the passcode provided was wrong and will continue to dispatch emergency services to your monitoring location. The Monitoring Passcode on your account should only been known by your emergency and courtesy contacts.
