Blue by ADT uses automatic electronic payments to bill our customers on a monthly basis for service. In the past 10 years, there has been a significant shift away from companies in using paper billing, to reduce waste and continue our commitment to protecting the environment.  Blue by ADT does the work for you by billing your payment method monthly on the same day every month, lowering your risk of late payments and interruptions in service.

Where can I find the specific payment method I am using to pay my Blue by ADT monthly service charge?

You can find your payment method by going to https://login.BluebyADT.com. Once logged in with the username and password please follow these steps:

  • Click on the “Settings” tab in the navigation bar.

  • If prompted, enter the Master Code to access your settings and hit the “Enter" button.

  • Under "Settings", click on “Billing".

  • The billing snapshot will show the current payment method that is used by Blue by ADT to bill your account. 

What forms of payment does Blue by ADT accept for recurring payments?

Blue by ADT offers two payment options for monthly recurring service fees.

  • Automatic payments through a credit card. (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa)

  • ACH/ECheck – instead of writing a check you can provide your checking account details and have funds pulled directly from your account on your scheduled bill date.

Can you send me a paper bill for my insurance company/taxes or print my payment history?

 Blue by ADT does not send paper bills, but if you log into your web portal by going to and clicking the icon, you can print your payment history.

  • Click on the “Settings” tab in the navigation bar.

  • Enter the Master Code to access your settings and hit the “Enter Button.”

  • On the left hand side column, select “Account” and then “Billing.”

  • You will be prompted for security reason to re-enter your username and password and then press the “Log In Button.”

  • The billing snapshot will show the link for “Payment History.” Once you select the link, you will be able to see your payment history. You will need to scroll to the end to print the information needed. 

How do I find my payment due date online?

You can find your payment due date by going to https://login.BluebyADT.com. Once logged in with the username and password, please follow these steps:

  • Click on the “Settings” tab in the navigation bar.

  • If prompted, enter the Master Code to access your settings and hit the “Enter" button.

  • Under "Settings", click on “Billing".

  • The billing snapshot will show when your next bill date is due.

Can I change my bill date?

Blue by ADT does allow you to change your billing date (this can currently only done by a Blue by ADT support agent).The billing date can only be changed once there is a successful payment made on the account. When billing dates are changed, the bill will be prorated for the time period missed.

Can I update my payment method online?

Yes, you update the payment method by going to https://login.BluebyADT.com. Once logged in with your username and password, please follow these steps:

  • Click on the “Settings” tab in the navigation bar.

  • If prompted, enter the Master Code to access your settings and hit the “Enter" button.

  • Under "Settings", click on “Billing".

  • The billing snapshot will give you the option to select the “Update Payment Method" button. You can change your payment method by updating your Credit/Debit Card or Bank Account information.  Make sure you hit the “Authorize Payment” button to save your changes.  You will receive a message if the update was successful.

Can I send in a paper check to Blue by ADT?

We want to continue offering you Blue by ADT protection at the lowest price. In order to do so, we cannot accept manual payment methods.
